Wildwood Vacation Rental

We have 3 bedrooms, one is a master with a full bathroom and a Queen Bed, the second bedroom is called the guest room and it also has a Queen Bed.  The third bedroom has a Triple Bunk Bed.  That is a single bed over a double bed and there is a single trundle that also rolls out.  Depending on the size of your guest, 3 or 4 people can sleep in that room.  The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom.  We will provide 2 comfortable roll away beds that can be setup in the master or guest rooms.  The space should be enough for up to 2 families.  We advertise that this space can sleep 8 to 10 people but this can vary depending on size and age of the guest.  (We doubt grandpa will sleep on the top bunk) Don't forget that there is a half bath on the second floor and there is a private enclosed outside shower that has both hot and cold water to help with a large group all getting ready at once.

2022 Update - Coronavirus (COVID-19)
We are implementing Federally recommended procedures in the preparation and cleaning of our property. We are utilizing commercial products and extreme hot water temperatures that help decrease the spread of this virus. Our cleaning crew is addressing all surfaces with disinfectant. This includes handrails, controllers, tabletops, kitchens and bathrooms. We are also disinfecting pillows and soft surfaces such as the couch. Please continue to use any cleaning supplies we leave for you to wipe down surfaces as you use them. 

We want your stay to be as safe as possible. 

No pets allowed.  (Sorry)

There is no smoking allowed inside. 

We provide books, board games, Xbox One with a few games,  (3) 40" flat screen TVs that have internet channels that are similar to regular cable channels.  We provide a few beach chairs and beach mats that you are more than welcome to use.  There are balls and rackets for the park.  There are movies and books if you just want to lounge around the place.  Go play golf, go to the zoo, go to Cape May, visit all the local thrift stores, walk to every great restaurant in town and go to one of the many events at the convention center across the street.

If you decide to stay home and cook you will be happy to know the kitchen is fully stocked with basic utensils, pots and pans.  There are 3 supermarkets near by and you can eat fresh food everyday if you prefer. 

 For safety we have fire extinguishers in the kitchen and in the laundry area.  We have a fire ladder in the back guest room.  There are active updated smoke and carbon detectors through out the living spaces.  We have a first aid kit in the half bath. 

Please let us know if there is something  that you need during your vacation.  We will do the best we can in helping you locate it it. 

Rates

Our rates average around $3200 a week during the 'Summer Peak' season if you book directly through us.  Our 'Out of Season' rates range around $95 to $200 a night and vary for certain special functions.  We ask that you pay the cleaning fee of $150 on top on the rental fee.  We require that you pay through our PayPal portal and can email you an invoice.  We don't accept checks.  Once you book directly with us and make a full payment we will block your dates.  

Rules

Someone must be 25 years old or older on site during the rental.  There are no parties, pets or smoking allowed.  These are not just our house rules but also required by the HOA.  Please do not park in the New Orleans parking deck.  These spaces are reserved for those owners who do not have a garage.  They all share those spaces and you will be towed.  If you have more than two cars please utilize the metered parking around Fox Park.  You can do this with an APP on your phone.

Cancellation Policy - In Season (May 1, 2022 thru Nov 1, 2022)  

If you book our property for a 'In Season' stay but have to cancel for any reason including pending weather you may contact us and let us know before 30 days of the arrival date. We will put the property back on the market. If we are unable to rent the property for that period you forfeit all funds. If we are able to rent the property for that stay you will be refunded 100% of your payment. If you cancel with less than 30 days from arrival date, the same policy applies but you will only receive 75% of the payment. 

Cancellation Policy - Out of Season (Nov 2, 2022 thru Apr 30, 2023)  'Out of Season' stays are handled differently and can cancel on or before 3 pm 48 hours prior to arrival. Example - If you are arriving on Friday at 3 pm, you can cancel by Wednesday before 3 pm with No Penalty.  No refunds after 48 hours time limit.
